">We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Port Adelaide area. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with mental health conditions, providing personal care assistance and support in everyday living tasks.
>This role involves supporting clients with standard care needs, including personal care assistance, social activities, and community outings. You will have the flexibility to choose your work schedule and increase your hours based on your availability.
>As a Support Worker, you will bring a client-centric approach, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences. We require someone who is experienced working with young adults with mental health conditions, comfortable around dogs, and has a valid full Driver's License with their own vehicle.
>To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum Cert III qualification (Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability) and hold current NDIS Clearance, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and First Aid & CPR certification. Additionally, you will need up-to-date Covid-19 vaccinations, including a booster shot.
