Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated support specialists to collaborate with older, frail, or disabled individuals in their communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide household support by assisting with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Offer social support by helping with errands, banking, and medication collection.
- Support clients with mobility, lifting, and using assistive devices.
- Assist with self-administered medication, routine treatments, and special needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring clients' well-being and dignity.
As a support specialist, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services.
