Retirement Living Director

Lead a team delivering an enriching lifestyle for residents and driving operational excellence in retirement village management.
This role oversees the provision of high-quality customer service on a daily basis, managing all aspects of independent living accommodation, including maintenance coordination, refurbishment work, sales, and resident activities in partnership with relevant members of the team.
The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the village's high standard of living, achieving optimum occupancy levels through sales initiatives, and supporting village operations by managing client information systems.
Key Position Objectives:- Maintain the village at a high quality standard of living for residents
- Achieve optimum occupancy levels through sales and letting activities
- Support village operations through client information system management
- Create a welcoming environment and develop strong relationships with residents
- Enable residents' independent living through on-site services delivery
Previous management experience in the retirement and/or aged care sector is required. A demonstrated understanding of aged care consumer placement and comprehensive knowledge of the retirement village sector, including current reforms, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks is also essential.
Candidate must possess competencies in customer service, complex service coordination, and building effective relationships. Proven sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills are also required.
