Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional manager to lead our team and drive the success of our independent living retirement village.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and planning skills, with a strong focus on delivering results and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration with a hands-on approach.
  • Oversee office administration, financial management, asset management, supplier management, and resident interactions.
  • Implement best practices and deliver service excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • A result-focused attitude and efficient time management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in organising and planning, including accounts and reconciliation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Crisis management and police check requirements.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Business or facility management qualifications and experience.
  • An understanding of independent living retirement village operations.
  • Legislative and compliance knowledge.
