Role Overview:

The Opportunity

You will lead from the front in creating a customer service culture within our Coral Mews Retirement Village community. Your role will involve providing management support to create a happy, welcoming, caring, and safe environment for residents and staff. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality service to residents, coordinating engagement activities, implementing marketing and sales strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and developing improvements to internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-focused individual with experience in front-line customer-facing roles, preferably in the retirement industry or a related field such as hotel management or hospitality management.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Budget development and management skills, strong administration skills, and property management skills (preventative maintenance).
  • Ability to work autonomously and intermediate to advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High-level written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline (desirable).
