Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Manager to lead our market research project. This is a full-time, 9-month contract position in the government sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, set up, and deliver a significant customized market research project, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including advising on the engagement of a quantitative market research provider, consulting stakeholders, and running workshops to articulate outcomes and define scope.
  • Develop insights reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, leveraging various data sets to tell a story, deliver clear insights, and provide concrete recommendations.
  • Apply best practice project management principles to ensure efficient and effective use of project resources and meet established timeframes.
  • Oversee all aspects of the project, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in customer research or insights-focused roles, preferably in an agency or client-side environment.
  • Strong experience in customized market research, attitudes, and behavior change research, programs, techniques, and tools.
  • Essential experience in quantitative market research; qualitative research experience is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage significant multi-stakeholder projects, including managing stakeholder relationships.
