A senior role is available for a professional to lead clients nationwide, driving retention and client experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen our value proposition across high-service clients and industry groups.

  • Enhance technical capabilities and client engagement skills to deliver best advice and service
  • Improve business operations to set higher standards and deliver consistent client experiences
  • Embed focus on delivering client service strategy and partner with Regional Directors

As a seasoned insurance professional, you will be accountable for driving delivery and embedding client retention strategies nationally, resulting in stronger retention and improved client satisfaction.
