Job Title: Client Experience Leader

About the Role:

This leadership role plays a pivotal part in developing a client-centric culture, focusing business decisions on customer needs and satisfaction.

As a key member of the Oceania leadership team, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to reducing client attrition, streamlining processes and driving overall client success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and Developing a High-Performing Team;

  • Reducing Attrition and Enhancing Engagement;

  • Streamlining Processes and Improving Efficiencies;

  • Delivering Exceptional Outcomes through Effective Escalation Management;

  • Championing Client Experience Initiatives;

  • Monitoring and Reporting Key Success Metrics.

You must have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and be naturally talented at leading teams and driving engagement strategies that foster long-term success. You should be driven, client-focused, and eager to lead a high-impact team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service or client success roles;

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience leading teams;

  • Strong organisational, analytical and multitasking abilities;

  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn new technologies;

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier client experiences;

  • Ability to create and optimise client engagement strategies;

  • Experience in account management and/or sales (desirable);

  • Knowledge of integrated payments, PCI-DSS and credit card processing (desirable).
