Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Therapy Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while furthering your skills and knowledge in the allied health sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with our qualified allied health professionals to deliver therapy programs to clients, focusing on achieving their individual goals and improving their quality of life. As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing support and guidance to help you succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy programs to clients under the supervision of qualified allied health professionals.
  • Support clients and their families to achieve their therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Allied Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check and QLD Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module training.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle access.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
