About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Allied Health team, you will play a vital role in delivering therapy programs to our clients under the guidance of qualified professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapy programs to our clients as instructed by qualified Allied Health Professionals.
  • Support our clients and their families in achieving their therapy goals.
  • Pursue your professional development within the disability sector with ongoing support from our Allied Health team.
Key Requirements:
  • Allied Health students currently studying an allied health degree or;
  • Certificate IV in Allied Health or;
  • Fully qualified and/or experienced Allied Health Assistant (min Cert III).
  • A valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module training.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of professional boundaries and scope of practice.
