Care Coordinator

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering therapy programs to clients. Under the guidance of experienced Allied Health Professionals, you will support clients and their families to achieve their therapy goals.

• Support clients through individual and group therapy programs.
• Further your experience in the disability sector while receiving ongoing support from our team.
• Advocate for our customers, helping them achieve independence and reach their full potential.

• Allied Health students or fully qualified and/or experienced Allied Health Assistants.
• Certificate IV in Allied Health or higher qualification.
• Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
• Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module training and current First Aid certificate.
• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and understanding of professional boundaries.
