About the Role

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) department as a Site Installation Manager. This is a 2-year, maximum-term full-time opportunity based out of our Clayton headquarters and will involve domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create project installation plans from initiation to SAT (site acceptance testing)
  • Manage project installation management on customer site and direct on-site activities to achieve required project requirements
  • Manage onsite customer liaison at all levels
  • Manage project safety and ensure OHS compliance
  • Prepare for and execute equipment transfers for assigned projects
  • Manage and maintain provided schedules
  • Assist in build execution
Requirements
  • Engineering or Trades qualifications and background with machine building experience or site Installation management experience
  • Experience with special purpose machinery and setup of manufacturing sites is essential
  • Ability to manage projects, installation, and HSE risks
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to negotiate at all levels with all stakeholders
  • Maintain installation delivery schedule
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and SAP
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Advanced time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to travel as required domestically and internationally to site locations
