This is a 2-year, maximum-term full-time opportunity based out of our Clayton headquarters and will involve domestic and international travel. As a Site Installation Manager, you will be responsible for creating project installation plans from initiation to SAT (site acceptance testing), managing onsite customer liaison at all levels, and ensuring OHS compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project installation plans to ensure timely and successful completion
- Manage onsite customer liaison and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure OHS compliance and manage project safety
- Prepare for and execute equipment transfers for assigned projects
- Manage and maintain provided schedules
- Assist in build execution
- Engineering / Trades qualifications and background with machine building experience or site Installation management experience
- Experience with special purpose machinery and setup of manufacturing sites is essential
- Ability to manage projects, installation and HSE risks
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to negotiate at all levels with all stakeholders
- Maintain installation delivery schedule
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project and SAP
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Advanced time management & organisational skills
- Ability to travel as required domestically & internationally to site locations
- The ability to work flexibly
