We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Security Specialist to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of our site, including compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day site security operations to ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report on security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee security contracts and coordinate monthly management reviews.
- Conduct routine checks and reporting on operational security measures to identify areas for improvement.
- Operate, configure, and provide reports on access control and security alarm systems to optimize system performance.
- Coordinate with technical contractors for maintenance and installations of technical security systems.
- Administer video and key management systems, document storage, and destruction.
- Certificate in Security and Risk Management (preferred) or Health and Safety (desirable).
- Certificate in Cyber Security.
- Demonstrated experience in Security and Risk Management is essential.
- Experience in security access control, alarm, and vision systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Valid Australian Driving License and ability to travel to other Bosch sites, warehouses, and scrap yards within metropolitan Melbourne.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Eye for detail with emphasis on process.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- The ability to work flexibly.

- 14 weeks paid (or 28 weeks at half-pay) Parental Leave for primary carer (in addition to government paid parental leave).
