Job Title: Site Installation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Site Installation Manager. This is a challenging opportunity based out of our Clayton headquarters and will involve domestic and international travel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating project installation plans from initiation to SAT (site acceptance testing),
  • Managing project installation management on customer site and directing on-site activities to achieve project requirements,
  • Managing onsite customer liaison at all levels,
  • Ensuring OHS compliance and managing project safety,
  • Preparing for and executing equipment transfers for assigned projects,
  • Managing and maintaining provided schedules,
  • Assisting in build execution.

Requirements

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, and establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Engineering / Trades qualifications and background with machine building experience or site Installation management experience,
  • Experience with special purpose machinery and setup of manufacturing sites is essential,
  • Ability to manage projects, installation and HSE risks,
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team,
  • Ability to negotiate at all levels with all stakeholders,
  • Maintain installation delivery schedule,
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project and SAP,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills,
  • Advanced time management & organisational skills,
  • Ability to travel as required domestically & internationally to site locations.
