Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Bosch is seeking an experienced Site Security Specialist to join our team in Clayton, Melbourne. As a key member of our Facilities Management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of our site and ensuring compliance with company security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site security operations to ensure security compliance and processes are in place.
  • Investigate and report on security incidents.
  • Oversee security contracts and coordinate monthly management reviews.
  • Conduct routine checks and reporting on operational security measures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Operate, configure, and provide reports on access control and security alarm systems.
  • Coordinate with technical contractors for maintenance and installations of security systems.
  • Administer video and key management systems, document storage, and destruction.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Security and Risk Management (preferred) and Health & Safety (desirable).
  • Certificate in I.T / Cyber Security.
  • Demonstrated experience in Security and Risk Management is essential.
  • Experience in security access control, alarm, and vision systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
  • Valid Australian Driving License and ability to travel to other Bosch sites, warehouses, and scrap yards within metropolitan Melbourne.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
