EBOS Group Limited is a leading healthcare provider in Australia and New Zealand, with a strong presence in the primary care market.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Victorian sales team, covering the Northern and Western Suburbs as well as Metro Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven and self-motivated individual to drive business development in the General Practice market and achieve revenue targets for assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve revenue targets for assigned territory;
  • Identify and convert opportunities for new business and grow existing accounts;
  • Partner with business owners to maximise their potential and leverage available services;
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in line with defined SLAs and KPIs;
  • Prepare and present sales reports on your territory;
    Monitor competitor and market activity, emerging issues, trends.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with a willingness and drive to be successful as a sales person;
    Medical or FMCG sales experience preferred but not essential;
  • Intermediate level experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
    Strong organisational skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well be a team player;
  • Ability to think on your feet and outside the box.
Benefits:
  • This role offers a competitive salary package estimated at AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including employee share plan, company paid parental leave, employee assistance program, staff awards, employee referral program, and health insurance discounts.
