Job Description:

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to fill a key role in our multicultural media solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing innovative media strategies, with a keen interest in the CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) media landscape.

The successful candidate will work closely with our client teams across agencies and offices nationally to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.

A strong understanding of Chinese media platforms, such as WeChat, Weibo, and Little Red Book, would be an advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute multicultural media campaigns targeting diverse communities across Australia.
  • Develop and implement innovative media strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of multicultural media landscapes and consumer behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
