Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned digital media strategist to lead our end-to-end media strategy and campaign implementation. As the Senior Digital Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with brand teams and agency partners to bring our brands to life in owned, earned, and paid media.

Key responsibilities include leading the Total Connections Planning (TCP) process, orchestrating all paid, owned, and earned media to create fame-driving campaigns that populate culture and future-proof our brands. You will also deliver annual TCP strategy as part of the annual business planning process, including strategic principles, commercial calendar alignment, audience architecture, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in digital media and comms strategy leadership, either from an agency or in-house media role. They will be a big picture thinker, able to orchestrate everything from audience to content, media, and measurement to deliver campaigns that capture the nation's attention and create smiles.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media landscape and buying principles across traditional and digital channels, working with media partners to unlock innovation and deliver fame-driving activations. They will be a consumer obsession and creative thinking; ability to influence teams and agencies to produce best-in-class content and always push the boundaries.

They will be an entrepreneurial mindset, with flexibility and bias for action. Strong ability to influence and effectively navigate a matrix organization to drive results through others. Innovation – creative strategist who is comfortable challenging status quo, brings creativity to problem-solving using innovative frameworks and technological solutions.
