**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to contribute to the smooth operation of campus services.

**About the Area:

Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University's campus and property portfolio to support teaching research and campus life.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in job management processes including creating prioritizing and monitoring work orders.
  • Support supervisors and managers by producing reports and handling contractor administration.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will require strong customer service and communication skills with a proactive approach.

You will also need experience in a helpdesk or administrative role preferably within facilities or service management.

Able to handle a high volume of requests efficiently and accurately.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in relevant systems and software for work order management and reporting.
