We are seeking a skilled customer-focused professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist.

As the first point of contact for users, you will be responsible for actioning and resolving incidents and requests within the IT Service Management (ITSM) helpdesk.

Responsibilities:

  • Action and resolve incidents and requests within the ITSM helpdesk
  • Troubleshoot general IT issues with hardware and peripherals, and provide assistance across supported platforms
  • Onboard and offboard users with required access and provision equipment
  • Perform account administration tasks, including password resets, multi-factor authentication support, and general access requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification is mandatory (BSc, BCom, BEng, TAFE, ITIL certification)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
