Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to all client airlines and their passengers, ensuring all customer service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Passenger Handling: Carry out passenger check-in duties and other responsibilities commensurate with the passenger service for customer airlines, including assisting passengers with special needs.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely and efficient aircraft departures, while maintaining a positive company image.
- Adherence to Procedures: Comply with dnata Standard Operating Procedures and Policies, ensuring adherence to all company safety, policy, procedures, and processes.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role, with experience in dealing with difficult situations and high-volume customer service.
- Skills: Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg, assist special needs passengers, and work unsupervised at times in a fast-paced team environment.
- Language: Fluent in English (en-US) and additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish are highly desirable.
