Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role, with experience in dealing with difficult situations and high-volume customer service.
  • Skills: Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg, assist special needs passengers, and work unsupervised at times in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Language: Fluent in English (en-US) and additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish are highly desirable.
