Job Title:

Food and Beverage Manager

Key Role:

Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A renowned annual pop-up bar and restaurant transforms each year with new themes and designs, drawing inspiration from international holiday destinations.

The re-launch brings a familiar face back to Melbourne's summer social scene; with the venue's interior design, food & beverage offering, music & entertainment program and a reminder that good times are around the corner.

As a key part of the team, you'll bring leadership skills, guide staff and seek enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Managers.

Requirements:
  • Approachable, welcoming, and positive attitude towards guests and staff
  • Passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for both guests and staff
  • Demonstrated supervisory/management experience: shift management, venue operations, POS, RSA management, lead by example
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills; give feedback, support, direct and nurture staff
  • Solid food, beverage, and cocktail knowledge
  • Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
