Guest Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Service Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay.

About The Role
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences from reservations to departures, ensuring a seamless stay.
  • Represent the hotel positively in all interactions, including phone, email, and in-person engagements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's offerings and local area attractions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, or complaints, following up as necessary.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role with exposure to front office reception and reservations.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service, problem-solving, and taking ownership.
  • Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in relevant systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts for at least 6 months.
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to achieving goals.
