Guest Experience and Sales Manager

The Guest Experience and Sales Manager oversees the delivery of exceptional experiences to current and prospective guests. This role involves leading a team to meet sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Train and develop frontline staff to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional guest experiences in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
  • Metric Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure team success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire their team, and have experience in a management, sales, marketing, or customer service leadership role within the leisure or recreation industry.
