RSPCA Queensland is a non-government, community-based charity. Our mission statement is to improve the lives of domestic, farmed, and native animals.

This role is part of the commercial team where 100% of profits will go directly to supporting animal welfare.

  1. Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures
  2. Drive general administration, coordinate meetings, timesheet approval, business reports, tenders, marketing content, communications
  3. Support planning and coordinating Commercial Enterprise marketing activities
  4. Monitor performance against agreed targets
  5. Review and communicate KPIs as directed by the line manager
  6. Coordinate and assist with recruitment for the department
  7. Provide support with training and development of staff and volunteers
  8. Contribute to executing enterprise engagement action plans to foster a culture of learning

Requirements

  • Experience in a coordination or administrative support position
  • Excellent customer service, stakeholder relationships, and teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Uses initiative and creativity in driving awareness and adherence to all RSPCA policies, procedures, and activities
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise daily work schedules
  • Willingness to adapt to change and implement new ideas
  • Problem-solving: ability to respond to situations promptly with a solutions-focused lens
  • Learning-oriented, we want you to grow with us, a keen drive to further advance professional and personal development
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare and its objectives
