This is an exciting opportunity to work as a high-level specialist providing customer-focused advice and support in the maintenance of defined service levels for specific enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities- FOLLOW DEFINED SERVICE QUALITY STANDARDS AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY, SAFE SERVICES AND WORKPLACES.
- PROVIDE EFFECTIVE CHANGE MANAGEMENT, CAPACITY PLANNING, INCIDENT MANAGEMENT, RISK MANAGEMENT, AND CONTINUITY PLANNING USING BEST PRACTICES IN SYSTEMS SUPPORT AND SERVICE DELIVERY WITHIN THE ITIL FRAMEWORK.
- EESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN HIGHLY EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS, VENDORS, AND END-USERS TO ENSURE END-TO-END SERVICE DELIVERY FOR ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS.
- PROVIDE TIMELY APPLICATION SUPPORT ACTIVITY REPORTS TO STAKEHOLDERS.
- ASSIST IN THE ONGOING DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE, AND DEPLOYMENT OF APPLICATION-SPECIFIC GUIDES, WORK INSTRUCTIONS, AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS.
We are seeking someone who has:
- Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management.
- Demonstrated ability in the provision of high-level specialist advice on, and support for, clinical enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer-focused ICT / Clinical Business environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
- Well-developed ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships with team members, other technical specialists, vendors, and end-users.
