Job Title: Application Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain service levels for specific enterprise applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain high quality and safe services by following defined standards and policies.
  • Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management, and continuity planning within ITIL best practices.
  • E nsure end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems by establishing highly effective working relationships with technical specialists, application specialists, vendors, and end-users.
  • Provide timely application support activity reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the ongoing development, maintenance, and deployment of application-specific guides, work instructions, and technical documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-level specialist advice on clinical enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer-focused ICT/Clinical Business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including negotiation, advising, influencing others, and working collaboratively with people to make decisions.
  • Well-developed ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships with team members, technical specialists, application specialists, vendors, and end-users.
