As a dynamic leader, you will spearhead the expansion and financial growth of a renowned beauty brand in the Australian market. This pivotal role demands an experienced executive who can drive strategic planning, brand awareness, and marketing success within a fast-paced retail and e-commerce hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for the brand, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a dynamic setting. This position involves frequent travel to our headquarters in London and multiple stores across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, making Sydney or Melbourne an ideal base for candidates.

About the Role
  • You will lead the development and implementation of strategies to drive Australian market growth and profitability through effective P&L management and market analysis.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasting sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty with localized digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead innovative marketing campaigns that reflect the brand and resonate with the Australian consumer.
  • Manage public relations and communications to enhance brand reputation and generate positive media coverage.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Optimize the e-commerce platform for seamless customer experience and drive online sales.
  • Analyze website data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Manage localized digital partnerships and develop offline activations to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience managing the P&L for a high-growth e-commerce or digital business, preferably in the Beauty landscape.
  • Proven brand building expertise in Australian retail/digital landscapes, driving impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
  • Existing Australian marketing/retail network is highly desirable.
  • Passionate, adaptable, and culturally aware, with a strategic, hands-on approach.
