About the RoleThe Growth Strategist role is key to driving business growth, with a strong focus on expanding our footprint in new construction and upgrade projects. You'll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering results that contribute directly to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship-building with electrical contractors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client solutions, craft persuasive proposals, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and provide insightful reporting to support decision-making.
Success in this role will require someone who is able to build strong industry relationships, uncover valuable opportunities and drive tangible business growth – becoming a trusted partner to contractors and a key contributor to our market expansion. They will also bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within Electrical, Wholesale, Construction, or related technical industries
