
Technical Business Solutions Leader

This role plays a foundational part in expanding existing client relationships and establishing new business.
The primary focus is on providing product knowledge, tailored technical advice, and bespoke solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Ensure the successful execution of complex client projects.
- Design, implement, and document business and technical solutions for new clients.
- Understand and address existing media monetization strategies of clients to deliver effective solutions.
- Address major client escalations and difficulties, assist in product expansions, and provide resolution paths.
- Act as a liaison between Account, Product, and Engineering teams for ongoing technical support.
- Provide training to internal teams and occasionally to clients and partners.
- Offer timely technical support and problem resolution for escalated field service questions.
- Support multiple regional clients proactively, collaborating with regional account and revenue stakeholders.
We seek an individual with more than two years of experience in Adtech, MarTech, or similar fields. Expertise in end-to-end programmatic ad serving workflows is required, with emphasis on sell-side platforms and latest protocols.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, able to explain how technology solves business problems to any audience. They should also be able to set work priorities and manage time effectively independently.
