This Centre Management position offers a unique opportunity to oversee a portfolio of centres based in Launceston, delivering exceptional management services and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer leases and provide support to clients.
- Maintain accurate tenancy schedules and calendars of significant events.
- Conduct regular centre inspections to ensure the highest level of housekeeping, coordinating any necessary works.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison with tenants and occupiers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations for maintenance works and capital expenditure to the Facilities Manager.
- Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls.
- Prepare weekly summary reports on tenant performance and feedback, as well as property presentation.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail property management or centre management.
- Relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property), preferred.
- Full Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Current driver's license is also mandatory.
- Knowledge of centre operations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
