Key Retail Management Role

We are seeking an experienced retail management professional to oversee a portfolio of centres in Launceston.

  • This is a 12 month contract role that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact as part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a minimum of 2 years experience in retail property management or centre management.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe and inviting for customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to clients in administering lease terms.
  • Maintain accurate tenancy schedules and calendars of significant events.
  • Regularly inspect centres to ensure high standards of housekeeping and coordinate any required works.
  • Liaise with tenants and occupiers to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for maintenance works and capital expenditure.
  • Attend regular client meetings and conference calls.
  • Prepare weekly reports on tenant performance and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in retail property management or centre management.
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • Certificate of Registration (Mandatory).
  • Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of centre operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and flexible.
