Commercial Property Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing these properties with professionalism and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of commercial properties including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities
  • Oversee capital works, prepare detailed budgets, and deliver timely reporting to clients
  • Maintain compliance with building regulations and lease obligations
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards
  • Identify opportunities to add value for both new and existing clients
About the Role:
  • Hold a Property Representative Licence or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability
