The Role

Our Retail Management team is renowned for providing exceptional management services to a leading national retail landlord with centers across Australia. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of centers based in Launceston.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, ensuring a safe and inviting destination for customers.

We are looking for someone with their Full Real Estate license for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the client in administering the terms of all leases.
  • Assist the client to maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events.
  • Regular Inspection of the Centre/s to ensure the highest level of housekeeping together with the co-ordination of any works (as required).
  • Establishing and maintaining liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital Expenditure
  • Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls.
  • Provide a weekly summary report on Tenant Performance and Feedback and Property Presentation

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management.
  • Relevant degree, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred.
  • Full Real Estate License (Mandatory).
  • Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Centre operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written).
  • Proactive and flexible.
