Advanced Nurse Manager – Palliative Care

The successful candidate will lead operational management and provide expert nursing leadership at an advanced level within our Specialist Palliative Care Service Consult Liaison.
Key Responsibilities- Apply professional and clinical expertise in collaboration with nursing and midwifery stakeholders and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop strategies to promote a work-based culture that supports education, learning, research, and workforce development.
- Maintain adherence to service quality standards, health and safety policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality services and workplaces.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia is mandatory.
- A proven track record as a nurse unit manager or equivalent role is required.
- Advanced knowledge of palliative care principles and practices is necessary.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
