As a seasoned Palliative Care professional, you will lead the delivery of high-quality palliative care services across various Regis Aged Care Homes and Services.

You will provide strategic leadership and expertise to drive safe, effective, and integrated care, aligned with best practice principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to operational teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in palliative care
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address care gaps and opportunities for improvement

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration (no conditions)
  • Postgraduate education in Palliative Care Nursing, accompanied by at least 1 year of post-graduate experience
  • Relevant experience within an Aged Care or Health Care environment, with a focus on palliative and bereavement care
  • Proven expertise in project management, budget management, and program development
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships, both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
