Senior Practice and Quality Improvement Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead our Practice and Quality Improvement team. This role will empower people with disability to live life the way they choose.

This leader will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure best practice across the organisation, aligned with our values, strategic priorities, national practice standards, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and consistency of practice. They will also develop and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement and monitor clinical and operational risk.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers flexibility in terms of location, allowing the successful candidate to work from home or remotely from one of our offices nationally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of high-quality practice solutions
  • Maintaining assurance across four lines of assurance: Operational, Systems, Risk, and Regulatory Assurance
  • Working in partnership with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
