About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to drive our testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple digital projects.

\

You will lead a team of testers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of test automation, and the ability to operate in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement test strategies, master test plans, and quality gates.\
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and analysts to ensure effective test coverage.\
  • Lead and mentor testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.\
  • Support automation efforts using EasyRepro, MSTest (C#), and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.\
  • Drive both manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT phases.\
  • Manage defect triage forums, report on test progress and quality metrics.\
  • Conduct risk assessments and support release readiness decisions.\
  • Champion structured QA standards and compliance with best practice.\
  • Sponsor innovation, continuous improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.\
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, results, and lessons learned.\
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.\
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to inform testing decisions and strategies.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business leaders.\
  • Mentor and coach less-experienced testers to develop their skills and expertise.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to ensure our testing practices remain current and effective.\
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as development and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.\
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and allocate resources accordingly.\
  • Communicate testing plans, results, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, open communication, and respect among team members.\
  • Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines related to testing, quality assurance, and security.\
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.\
