Rehabilitation Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals who have sustained psychological or physical injuries in the workplace, providing expert support and guidance to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake vocational assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
  2. Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
  3. Develop and implement targeted intervention strategies to enhance clients' independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.
  4. Support clients in understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and full ASORC Accreditation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A commitment to high-quality customer service and a willingness to travel.
  • Strong punctuality and time management skills, with a current vehicle and driver's license.
