Job Description:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting injured workers to return to employment. This involves case management, where you will work closely with health professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those from the Australian Defence Force and Veteran community. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping individuals to regain their independence and achieve their full potential.

The role requires strong clinical reasoning and the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams. You will need to possess a passion for helping people rehabilitate and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (e.g. AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills and qualifications. These include:

Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Passion for helping people rehabilitate

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing)
