We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Liverpool, NSW.
In this role, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your day, working closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals and utilising the resources of a global corporate infrastructure.
As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will provide services to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions, supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage caseloads with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes for injured workers
- Collaborate with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Work with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Conduct assessments (initial, workplace, vocational, etc.) to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers, and identify suitable employment opportunities
Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and good time management and organisational skills. A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA is essential, with previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation highly regarded.

Qualifications and Experience:- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA
- Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
