- Be knowledgeable about the hotel and its services to ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
- Meet and connect with guests to exceed their expectations.
Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- A strong motivation to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
