Customer Service

Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

You will interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner, using clear and concise communication skills to convey information and resolve issues efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving guest concerns in a timely and efficient manner, often working under pressure to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Familiarity with property management systems and front office operations
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
