- Welcoming and checking in guests with a warm smile
- Providing professional communication that exceeds expectations
- Making bookings and recommendations for an unforgettable stay
- Assisting guests throughout their stay with expertise and care
- Flexibility to work shifts between Monday to Sunday between 6.00am and 11pm

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Previous experience in customer-facing roles**
