This exciting opportunity enables you to embody our values and become a true ambassador of hospitality. As a Concierge Executive, you will be an integral part of our Workplace Services Team, responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting tenants and visitors to the building.
Main Responsibilities- Foster a sense of community by proactively engaging with tenants and visitors in the lobby area and throughout the building precinct.
- Develop a deep understanding of the asset and local precinct, becoming a valuable resource for those looking to explore the area.
- Prioritize delivering exceptional services that add convenience, exclusivity, and utility to the tenant experience.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A strong background in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar setting.
