Job Title: IT Service Continuity Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a strong ITSM/ITIL specialist who can support BCP/ITSCM. As the ITSM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer continuity requirements and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Disaster Recovery team in assessing, developing, coordinating, and communicating recovery environment requirements and plans;
  • Ensuring Disaster Recovery plans align with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements;
  • Maintaining monthly status reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, and Disaster Recovery documentation;
  • Ensuring Disaster Recovery employees have the required skills to carry out their roles and are developed to meet ongoing staffing requirements;
  • Leading and representing the ITSCM and BCM service on behalf of Datacom to customers;
  • Distributing high-quality Business Continuity and ITSCM services, ensuring compliance with Datacom's relevant policies, processes, and procedures;
  • Ensuring all stakeholders adhere to the relevant processes in line with customer requirements and best practices;
  • Leading customer Business Continuity and ITSCM projects as required;
  • Supporting other ITSM processes as required, such as Incident, Problem, Capacity, and Change Management.
