Remote Village Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated leader to manage our remote contract mining villages in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accommodation reservations and site operations effectively.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance standards.
- Monitor financial performance, focusing on labor and food costs.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Experience with accommodation reservations systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS).
- Relevant certifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Supervisor).
- Additional qualifications (Responsible Service of Alcohol) are desirable.
- Proven management experience in a remote environment is essential.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Motivated and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Good physical health and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Manual driver's license and forklift ticket are advantageous.
This role requires working in various weather conditions and maintaining a high level of personal hygiene and appearance.
