  • Meet and greet guests and residents on arrival, ensuring a warm welcome to our operation.
  • Responsible for completing all check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Answer and direct telephone enquiries, addressing any queries or concerns efficiently.
  • Provide assistance to guests and residents with their queries, offering helpful solutions and advice.
  • Accurately record data entries and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform account reconciliations, generate invoices, and manage banking transactions with precision.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail with care, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist with general office duties, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Experience with accommodation reservation systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS) is highly desirable.
  • Previous stable employment within a remote environment is essential.
  • A commitment to delivering genuine, friendly customer service is paramount.
  • A motivated, constructive, and professional attitude is necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while maintaining physical fitness.
  • Pride in personal appearance and hygiene is expected.
  • Adaptability to varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity, and inclement weather is required.
  • A manual driver's license and forklift ticket are highly desirable but not essential.
