The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in major retail accounts and be able to build accurate forecasts, achieve sales targets, and drive annual joint business plans.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer negotiations and engagement, with the support of a strong, capable team.
  • Identify and unlock new business development opportunities to drive incremental growth.
  • Influence product and category strategies with input into go-to-market plans.
  • Manage the customer investment plan from planning to optimisation.
  • Translate strategy into action through channel activation plans and execution tracking.
  • Build strong customer connections and position the company as the natural partner of choice.

Requirements
  • Proven National Business Manager with a strong track record in major retail accounts.
  • Hands-on leader who drives results through strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities.
  • Ability to plan across annual and longer-term horizons (2–3 years) with a win-win mindset.
  • Skilled in leading negotiations, managing range reviews, and influencing key decisions.
  • Sharp financial acumen with a history of delivering strong commercial outcomes.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, plus MS Suite proficiency.
